Terms and conditions

YOUR3DPROJECT is a platform offering two things to people who own a 3D printer: a private tool to manage machines, nozzles and filament, and a public profile on which to show their work. The service is free and has no subscription.

It is not a marketplace, not an intermediary and not a printing service. We do not receive orders, do not assign them, do not handle payments, do not set prices and do not keep commissions. If an arrangement arises from your profile, that arrangement is between you and that person: we are not a party to it, do not guarantee it and are not answerable for its outcome.

Access to the reserved area is personal. You choose the password and our authentication provider keeps it as a hash: we don't see it and can't recover it. You are responsible for what is done from your account. You can request deletion at any time by writing to the project address: we delete account, profile and work.

The photos, text and data you upload remain yours. By publishing them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on your public profile, in the network showcase and on the pages of the site that reference them; the licence serves only that purpose and ends when you delete the content or the account. You undertake to publish only material you hold the rights to.

No unlawful, offensive or misleading content, and nothing infringing the rights of others, third-party trade marks and designs included. No personal data of other people. No weapons or their components, nor objects whose manufacture or possession is prohibited under applicable law. We may remove content that breaches these rules and, in serious or repeated cases, close the account.

If published content infringes a right of yours, write to us with the link and the reason: we will examine it and, if the report is well founded, remove it. The address is at the bottom of the page.

The service is provided as is, in beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors, and we may change or discontinue it with notice. The data you have uploaded remains exportable on request.

The printability check is an estimate based on what you declare: machine volumes, fitted nozzles, grams left. It is there to orient you, does not replace the slicer and does not guarantee the outcome of a print. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the service or from arrangements made between users.

Italian law applies. For relations with consumer users, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent where mandatory consumer protection rules so provide.
